The materials we use

Why? Because Swish cellular PVC cladding is the ideal substitute for timber cladding. It doesn't discolour over time, it retains its appearance, is virtually maintenance free, and, most importantly, it‚s weather resistant. Better yet, cellular PVC cladding can significantly improve the thermal performance of buildings, particularly when combined with suitable insulation.
When it comes to the roofline, we use Freefoam high quality 18mm fascia board and 10mm soffit board. To make sure that ventilation complies with current building regulations, we fit Ubink over-fascia ventilator strips. Both Freefoam and Ubink products are manufactured to British Standard EN ISO 9002. Choosing British Standard ISO products means we can guarantee the same high quality work each time.

Special Information
We have a strict policy of no over-cladding. We make sure old fascia, soffit, and bargeboards are always removed. This allows us to inspect the walls, roof rafters, and joists for rot and damage. We'll even repair them, where necessary, before we fit new cladding. Over-cladding the old rotten boards simply conceals existing problems and allow rotting to continue undetected. This will lead to increased problems in the future and may result in serious structural damage.
